How a figure becomes public
A charger's measured power comes from driver-logged sessions and confirmed photographic evidence. Readings taken with an adjacent bay occupied, or captured before power has stabilised, are recorded but excluded from the published power median and labelled as such.
Every published figure carries its sample count and a confidence marker. A single reading is shown as a single reading, never as an established fact.
Corrections and right of reply
Charging network operators may submit their own rates and site details through the Operators page, and may ask us to review any figure. Where a documented error exists, we correct it and note the correction.
Nothing on Ampere is intended to defame an operator. Statements are presented as measurements with their sample size and the conditions under which they were taken.
Takedown requests
Notices of unlawful content may be sent to ashley@cyntech.io and must contain the details required by section 77 of ECTA: your full names and address, a written or electronic signature, the location of the content, the right infringed, the remedial action required and a statement of good faith. We act on valid notices promptly, in line with section 75 of ECTA.
Accessibility and best practice
We build to WCAG 2.2 AA as our target: keyboard-reachable controls, labelled form fields, sufficient contrast, and touch targets of at least 44px. Tell us where we fall short and we will fix it.
