Submit false, manipulated or automated readings, or vote-brigade a charger's rating.
Post unlawful, harassing, hateful, defamatory or discriminatory content, or content prohibited by the Films and Publications Act 65 of 1996 or the Promotion of Equality and Prevention of Unfair Discrimination Act 4 of 2000.
Upload another person's personal information, including photographs of number plates or identifiable people, without their consent.
Attempt to access accounts, data or systems you are not entitled to, interfere with the service, or scrape it beyond the documented API and fair-use limits — conduct that may be an offence under the Cybercrimes Act 19 of 2020.
Use Ampere or its API in a way that breaches the Open Database Licence attached to charger location data.
Operate the app in a way that distracts you while driving, contrary to the National Road Traffic Act 93 of 1996.
Enforcement
We remove content and suspend or close accounts that breach this policy, and report criminal conduct to the authorities. You may appeal a decision by emailing us.
