Records we hold
Company records (registration, financial, tax, employment), operational records (driver accounts, trips, charging sessions, evidence photographs, forum content, tariff and operator submissions, consent records, security logs), and third-party licensed data (Open Charge Map charger locations under ODbL).
Some records are automatically available without a formal request: these legal documents, published charger measurements, the Honesty Index and public forum content.
How to request a record
Complete Form 2 of the PAIA regulations and email it to ashley@cyntech.io, describing the record, the right you seek to exercise or protect, and your contact details. We respond within 30 days, extendable by a further 30 days where the request is voluminous. Prescribed fees under the PAIA regulations may apply; requests for your own personal information carry no request fee.
Refusals are given with reasons and with details of your internal appeal and your right to complain to the Information Regulator or apply to court.
