Ampere quotes charging costs from the best source it has. Where a driver has only a receipt, the price is worked backwards from what they paid. A rate you send here replaces that guess: it becomes the posted price on the charger page, in route costs, and in the per-province tariff table beside the Honesty Index.
Measured power and reliability still come from drivers' logged sessions. Rates are yours to set; the kilowatts are theirs to record.
