Questions worth asking
Why charge at all when the Honesty Index is free?
The public record stays public — measured power, percent of claim and success rate cost nothing to read, and never will. What you pay for is the part that is only about you: your fitted curve, your trips, your agent.
What happens to my logged sessions if I downgrade?
Nothing is deleted. Your history stays, and the measurements you have already contributed remain in the public aggregates. You simply stop adding new ones past the free monthly allowance.
Is the price VAT inclusive?
Yes. Prices shown are in South African rand including VAT, billed by Cyntech Engineers & Managers (RF) (Pty) Ltd.
Can I cancel?
Any time, effective at the end of the paid period. No lock-in and no cancellation fee, per the Consumer Protection Act.
